How do we get our faulty Contracted Netgear Nighthawk replaced
Our Telstra Netgear Nighthawk unit continues to be erratic and underperforms or stops at inappropriate times, problems we have had for around 7 months and we need Telstra to provide a replacement Netgear Nighthawk unit as per our Contract and as stated in Telstra's Melvin from the Philippines previous email, “if the fault issue happens again, we will have it replaced with a new device without cost because it is still in contract until November this year”.
