I Just want to prepay my mobile Broadband and you Telstra are stuffing me around:

I have tried to log in to my account and you send a 6 digit code to my email, which is accessed via google, so I have to go out of google to access my email thus losing my connection with Telstra. Now I'm in a site that wants me to have Avatars and three letter names. Telstra you are frustrating me by making having an account with you more and more complicated all in the name of security or something.

Why are you losing your connection with Telstra when you access your email? Open the email in a new tab and you can swap between the two.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
