I've purchased a Telstra 4GX Hotspot

I've purchased a Telstra 4GX Hotspot, I connected it to my laptop and the smart TV, all was working fine except for today. Today my laptop recognises the device and Im able to use internet however the Smart TV can not connect to the wireless mobile. What is going on, it was working fine, now no detection?

You could try doing a Factory Reset.

Initially try powering down & up the Telstra TV, then try Factory Resetting the Telstra 4GX Hotspot.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
