Im not impressed

Hello Telstra

bought $80 credit for my laptop. on the 18 june 2015 at 11.11pm. Thinking it wuld last me two months. I just checked my acct today 10 july 2015. I have $10.47 left. Would you be able to check this please?

My receipt number is 1694350342. Thank you.

Re: Im not impressed

Have you used it during that time?

As it hasn't expired otherwise the credit would be zero not $10.47.

Regardless, your best bet is to contact the pre-paid team on 132200 and say "Pre-Paid" they will best be able to investigate any charges which you do not agree with. Smiley Happy

If your credit has been used up quickly, here are some simple tips

  • Disconnect your Mobile Wireless when not in use.
  • Disable updates and only do if on Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
  • Do not allow programs to do frequent checks for updates either.

Youtube and watching videos on news sites, etc will also chew your data.

Checking usage daily might help identify if your browsing or background programs have used up your data when it wasn't being used by you.
