mobile boradband and mobile phone number?

I just got a “rule” from Telstra people through 132 200.  “Telstra don't provide mobile broadband service to non-Telstra mobile customer, even I have bought the device and paid the first bill. ”

And I can't get a refund of that.

I think it's ridiculous. Can anyone explain what the reason for this?

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
