Mobile broadband activation

Hi, I brought a Telstra mobile broadband 4g on last Thursday, I did the activation, and got an email saying that could take up to 4 hours to activate. 

Still don't have nothing. I speak with Telstra and was told to wait, I'm trying to see if someone can tell me why is taking so long.

I started the activation of my new SIM on 21/3/2020. Received email confirming starting activation then nothing since. I heard that the call centre in the Philippines which does it has closed down. Who knows when it will happen. 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
