I ordered a WiFi hotspot 6 days ago. I can understand that there are delivery delays but when I try and track my order on Telstras website a message appears saying that the order number can not be found. I cannot get any assistance at all!
I have the exact same problem. My parents are stuck in a care home that can't get broadband and I've been waiting since March for the mobile modem to get them connected. However the order number provided by Telstra can't be used to track.
