Mobile broadband Telstra 4gx wifi pro

I just bought the broadband today and what i could see after putting in the SIM card in the screen showing the line which says "Data usage info unavailable at this time". Someone please help me fix this.

Did your fix this problem?  I’ve just bought one and it is showing the same message.  I can’t find a solution anywhere.  Seems like this has been an issue for some time.

Try updating the software on your device, I have a Telstra Netgear night hawk m1.

when this happens to me I check for a software update, then its seams to fix it.
