Good morning. I am travelling in my caravan and currently using a 4G Advanced 11 wifi. I am also currently paying for 25gig. Very very expensive. My problem is there have been some big updates on my computer and has taken quite some of my data. Last year we had a similar problem and Telstra gave me free top up on my wifi. Can I get this again if we run out. We have 11 days to go and I am trying to restrict my useage but worried I will run out. If I have important banking or something else I wont be able to use the internet. Can you please help me. We have been long term telstra customers and have quite a few services currently with Telstra.

This is an issue that would be best managed by our Billing team on 132200. I'd recommend giving them a call as soon as you can about this.
