Modem replacement

My sierra usb 308 died on me this afternoon how do go about replacing it?

Also do i need a new sim as well?

If it is out of its warranty period you will probably need to look at purchasing a new device. If you still have data on the SIM a Telstra store should be able to supply a new SIM that fits the new device and transfer your details to it

NextG but it doesn't say Turbo.It's the bigpond version one.
