My mobile broadband

I’m still waiting for my delivery of a prepaid mobile broadband data pack. I received a email from you guys saying that it’s activated and all go but, I haven’t received anything by mail and think you might have mistaken this order for a sim pack that I purchased with my points. Can you please give me a hand and get me online
