NBN order on hold - cannot reach support



I ordered a NBN service for my 91yo father on 06/05/20. Order says its on hold but when I review the order it says it complete.


Tech called 10/0620 (1 month after ordering!!!!!!!) to say I have if I would like to keep the land line number. Has to do it in my account but there is no way of doing it on line.


When I call 132200 I get a recording "centre closed, call back in business hours".....Its midday on a Thursday!
