Netgear M1 console Sim not active

I purchased a new nighthawk M1 to use with a data sim I activated in August, The nighthawk is displaying my details in regard to data and expiry date and is working fine but when I log on it says go to http://m.home to update, but after updating the router the Netgear site says My sim is not activated and no longer displays my number, Suggestions please

You should just be able to reset the Nighthawk to restore the visibility of your service.

To do that, remove the back cover and press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
