Netgear NIGHTHAWK M1 Router (detecting service)

Today's date: Saturday 13 April 2019.

I have tried everything and still stuck. I have (four) Netgear NightHake Mobile Routers. Two have the same issue. They both show "Detecting Services". 

The internet is intermittent, and there are other issues that are a result of this. 

Here is what I have tried:

Updated the firmware. Still showing "Detecting Service" (SS)

Tried factory reset (SS)

Called Telstra all centre (SS)

Performed a sim swap (SS)

Can anyone assist with a solve of the issue.
