I recently updated the firmware to 12.06.02.00 and have lost my data usage and users.
This happened to me last year and I had to get a new version as you can't go back to the old firmware once you have updated.
Netgear has suggested I contact you to make sure I am on your billing server?
I have a feeling this update was not meant for Telstra even though it was shown as "12.06.02.00 Telstra".
