Online Mobile Broadband confusion
So I am an existing Telstra Mobile Phone customer, I placed an order online for mobile broadband on the 23rd of June, I understand there are delays and was/am ok with that, however I am confused about what I should do now, on Monday I received 2 Mobile broadband modems in the mail.
With zero instructions on how to activate either. I assume the second one is a mistake.
I have tried to call telstra multiple times since Monday but I always get referred to the phone app and then promptly hung up on. When I try to communicate through the app I just get an automated response with some troubleshooting links.
When I try to look my order up it just doesn't seem to exist, either through the order tracker or by clicking on my orders in the telstra dashboard.
Will telstra likely contact me at some point? Do I just need to be patient, it seems like something I need to talk to them about but I am at a loss as to how to actually talk to them. Any help appreciated.
