Ordered a Telstra prepaid since 5 days ago with no updates

Recently ordered a Telstra Pre-Paid 4GX Wi-Fi Pro online 5 business days ago and have not heard from Telstra since. Money had already been deducted from my bank. No delivery and no tracking number.

 

Telstra should stop putting this item as free delivery in 1 - 5 business days on their product page.

Effectively false advertising.

The below page is still up on Telstra's online shop.
