Prepaid mobile broadband will not connect
I purchased a Telstra pocket wifi, also a $50 35gig sim. After activating the sims my internet will not connect. This is something I am very a custom to and I use many modems ( pocket wifi. ). Why does the m.Home Screen show I have plenty of broadband but no internet ?

Can you please check your address on our outage page https://tel.st/gkwzk. If there are no official outages listed, please go through our online troubleshooting tool here: https://tel.st/awnl2. This will guide you through some steps while connected to your modem that will help diagnose any technical issues that could be effecting your services.
Let me know how you go once you’ve had a go at the steps above.
