prepaid telstra usb modem recharge query
Hi, I've recently purchased an usb modem (prepaid) from Telstra. It came with 3 GB, which is working. My question is:
My usb modem is registered (10 digit number) but that number fails to appear, when I log in to Telstra. My mobile phone number for phone calls appears when logged in. The option to 'recharge' is there. I haven't recharged, as there is no need yet. But where is my usb modem's 'number'?

You will need to contact Telstra to get it added to your Telstra ID profile.
Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response.
