Problem using Dongle with Wireless Router

Hi,

I'm having problems using my Telstra 4G USB+Wi-Fi Plus dongle with a D-Link Wireless N300 3G/4G Multi-Wan Router (Model No: DWR-116).

There is no problem with using the dongle for internet use, and there is no problems with connecting to the router.

Both the 3G/4G LTE indicator light and Wi-Fi indicator light are blinking green.

However, using the dongle plugged into the router, I am unable to connect to the Internet.

Also, on the Router setup page, the Network Status says "Disconnected".

Can someone please help me with this?

Thank you in advance for your help!!!

Network status now keeps "Connecting..." and "Disconnecting..."

Re: Problem using Dongle with Wireless Router

What settings have you configured in your BYO modem for the 4G connection?

Have you set the APN to telstra.wap or telstra.internet?

I'm having the exact same problem, with the same 4G dongle and Dlink DWR-116 router.

Did you get these to work properly? How please?
