Almost ran out of data on Bigpond Wi-fi 4g advanced & looking to recharge or upgrade plan for the month.
To recharge I need my 'service number' - how do I find this?
I have tried going to m.telstra.com to recharge and the page says 'cannot identify your service'
So I thought about just upgrading my plan for the month & went to 'change plan' in my account. Then I get taken to a page that says 'we are working on activating your Bigpond service'
Surely it shouldn't be this hard to recharge???
