Sierra 320U no service
I have a Sierra 320U mobile broadband modem. It has been working on and off for a couple of weeks, some days it connects no problem, other days it is unable to be detected or no service or needs to be registered.
For the last couple of days it won't connect, saying 'no service'. I have 2 identical laptops and it works fine on one but not on the other so there is definitely service at my desk. I have removed and reinstalled the software but still 'no service'. I can use my phone to hotspot but that is wasting my data. I would appreciate a solution.

Re: Sierra 320U no service
When you uninstalled the software, did you uninstall the driver for it as well? should appear under network adapters
do that and reboot, then run through the setup. Also recommend trying a different usb port as well

Re: Sierra 320U no service
Thanks. There are 3 network adapters listed. How do I know which one to delete?

Re: Sierra 320U no service
I just deleted them all and reinstalled the device.
I compared all the settings on both my laptops and they were the same.
It worked and I was able to connect.
I turned off the laptop, turned it back on and I got 'no service' again.

Re: Sierra 320U no service
hmm
When you say power it off, is this a full shutdown on just putting it to sleep (E.g closing the lid)? Windows can do some funny things via the power settings when a PC/laptop goes into a sleep/wake state
