Slow downloads lately on 4G, esp international

Have noticed over the last few weeks a real drop off in 4G download speeds, particularly from USA.


Local speedtest results are significantly down on the download side. And ratio of down to up is 1:10.  To Telstra Melbourne:



But this is Speedtest to Frontier in LA. Download speeds woeful. Clearly if we can get 26 going back in the other direction this is indicative of something not right in the network somewhere.



How can I take this forward? I feel calling Telstra customer service call center is not going to get me very far.
