Telstra 4G Wi-Fi - Bonus Data

Hi,

I purchased a Telstra 4g wifi modem and it stated it came with 5gb data, with 30 day expiry, but after activating the service, it says the bonus data (5gb) will expire in 3 days, I don't understand why it is saying that when it said it lasts 30 days.

Actually, it appears the service was registered before I purchased it. The store couldn't have done it at purchase as they never asked for any information and doesn't explain the ~ 4 week gap on the bonus data.

When I try and activate it, just says it's already activated.

That doesn't sound right, although you could double check your terms as the extra may have been for the 'calendar' month not 4 weeks as such.

This is something we need to look into for you to try and understand whats gone wrong.
