Telstra 5G Wi-Fi Pro failed to deliver decent upload speeds during wedding live streaming

Hi Telstra Crowd Support,


Last Sat, 10 Oct, I was hired to do a live streaming for a wedding ceremony at 3pm and the upload speed was great when I started testing at 2pm. I am connected using Ethernet cable. But then the uploaded speed quickly dropped significantly. I tried to change to WIFI and saw it improve, but then changed to Ethernet connection again but still upload speeds were very atrociously low! The upload speed only increased by 3:23pm which was 20mins into the ceremony. The YouTube video was not watchable. My client was very disappointed and I had to refund the payment she made. I am very disappointed with the service I got from my Telstra 5G WIFI hotspot. This has impacted my business' reputation.

I hope someone from Telstra would be able to give light on what happened and hopefully provide solutions so that this would not happen again in the future.
