Texting Telstra

 I was able to have a text conversation with a real, live person at Telstra but I can't remember how I got the link sent to me!


Anyone know how to initiate a text chat with them?


Have been on hold for 55 mins now and not getting anywhere.....

Use the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). In the initial message type your full name and a description of the problem. If Codi redirects you somewhere else, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
