Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
Hi there,
Firstly one pet hate about the M1 is the non clearable alerts. Sure you can delete the messages but not the alerts.
Right back on it. Do you own either an android or Apple device? Maybe consider utilising the netgeat app?
It may save some time?
Alternatively you could use http://192.168.1.1
Cheers,
Dave

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
Hi DAG1,
Sorry to read your wifi isn't working as it should be, I can see how that would be frustrating.
Can you please clarify if this is via Fixed broadband or mobile as I'd like to work out how to help you best.
Angela

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
All right - you should be able to access them (and other features and settings for the NIghthawk) through the Netgear Mobile app, https://www.netgear.com/home/discover/apps/mobileapp.aspx. If this isn't working for you, our Mobiles teams on 13 22 00 or Netgear App support (https://community.netgear.com/t5/English/ct-p/English) can investigate and advise further.

@Robbo31 and @6354
Have you tried downloading the Netgear mobile app by going to www.netgear.com/mobileapps and selecting your app store. This will redirect you to download the app to your device.

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
Hi @Buster3457,
You should be able to visit that page from any device that is connected to the Nighthawk, just visit m.home in your browser on that connected device.
