I've also been trying to access my messages but it tells me the password is wrong every time. It's telling me my SMS memory is full. Don't know what to do about it.

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
hello caff I just want to say thank you for the help I didn't post the question but your answer helped me, the only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how to read the messages from the app but I found it buy swiping down on the screen.
thank you again.

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
It is quite simple,
click on the link and then where it says admin on the sign in page ignore that
where it asks for password use your own selected password not the one that comes up on your netgear screen when you press the on off switch.
Then you have access to the messages for reviewing and deleting.
I have just done it 5 minutes ago and deleted three messages.

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
Hi gingerred
You should be able to access the messages, and utilise other features and settings for the NIghthawk, through the Netgear Mobile app: http://tel.st/72cg5.
If this isn't working for you, our Mobiles teams on 13 22 00 or Netgear App support (http://tel.st/4hcyg) can investigate and advise further.
Please don't hesitate to let us know how you go, or contact us about any other matter.

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
Hi @Th08
Normally the standard admin password is 'admin'.
Please give that a try and let us know how you go.

I have the netgear App though there is no option to re set a forgotten password.
I am a telstra platinum member and have twice contacted them and they can not seem to work out a solution to the problem.

Re: trying to access http://m.home to read my messages
Hi there,
If you’ve changed and forgotten the password on the M1 like most other routers you would have to reset it.
..
To perform a factory reset using the Reset button:
1. Make sure that the mobile router LED is lit to indicate that it is receiving power from the
battery.
2. Remove the cover on the bottom of the mobile router.
3. Place your thumbs on the arrows on the cover and press down while sliding the cover up.
4. Leave the battery in place.
5. Locate the Reset button.
6. With a sharp object such as a paperclip, press and hold the Reset button for five seconds. The mobile router returns to factory settings.
7. Replace the cover on the back of the mobile router.
Cheers,
Dave
