trying to recharge my wifi plus and it doesn't recognise the service number

How can I check the service number on a sim as the number on my wifi plus box isnt being recognised

Have you checked your services in the My Telstra app?

If it doesn't appear there, you may need to contact Customer Support to find out what it going wrong.

 

Also, if a Prepaid service isn't recharged within 6 months of the expiry of the previous recharge, the service automatically cancels and you will need to get a new SIM starter kit.

 

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response, and you will receive a notification through your mobile when they do.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
