Unable to connect with prepaid Telstra 4G .modem

I've had no problems with the 4G wireless modem for months, but now it will not connect. It says it is connected and I have the signal on my iPad indicating it is connected, but cannot access anything. Telstra shop staff reset my network today and advised it was working, but it will not work at home. Has anyone had a similar problem and if so can you advise how I can fix it?
