Using my existing 4g Sierra Wireless as a prepaid when I move to ADSL
I am considering moving to ADSL however I like the convenience of my existing 4g Sierra wireless modem for when we caravan around Australia. If I take up the offer to move to ADSL is is possible to use my existing modem with a prepaid account?
I realise that I can take up an internet package on the mobile and tether the mobile to the PC, however I like the simplicity and ease of the current broadband device which is now out of contract. Puchasing a prepaid moden for the travel times would seem a waste when I already have a telstra modem. Hoping you can assist.

Re: Using my existing 4g Sierra Wireless as a prepaid when I move to ADSL
Hi Van, there would be no problems doing that, in fact there are a lot of people who hit the road with these devices and use them the same way.
You wopuld just need to pick up a prepaid data sim when ready to hit the road.
