Hi Telstra,

Can you please inform who I contact to lodge a warranty claim on an accessory bought from the Online Telstra Shop in October last year.

Went into a store and they said it had to be through 132200 but I keep being sent around in circles and no option to start the process. Made it through to one person who then directed me back to the start of the 132200 number.

Nothing online to help and your robot help does not have a solution.
