What's the easiest way to transfer my prepaid mobile broadband to post paid?

Hi need to know if I can upgrade my existing Telstra prepaid mobile broadband number to the "Telstra Upfront Data Plan Medium" without any delays in activation. Happy to use a new number just that I live in rural area and there are no telstra shops near me.

You can switch to the new plan online or via the My Telstra app.

 

Regarding the hypothetical delay, you could discuss this with a Telstra consultant from within the app.
