What sort of troubleshooting did you do when you spoke to Mobile Assurance (faults)?

What sort of response have they given you so far?

Hi fred441,

We currently have an outage in Mosman Park WA 6012 area. We are working to resolve this outage, but at this stage I don't have a estimated restore time for this outage. Click  Checking for faults, outages or planned maintenance for updates on the outage.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
