Where is my order??

I placed an order last week online for Mobile Broadband, received order confirmation email.

No communication from Telstra and I can't get answer on when my Night Hawk M2 will ship. 24x7 App is useless as I don't have a tracking number, the order number in confirmation email isn't recognised.

 

How can I get an answer??
