2 Mobile numbers under one account

Change of contract ownership

 

Hi,

 

I have 2 mobile numbers under the one account (both under my name). I would like to change one of those numbers to be under the ownership of my friend as I took the contract out for them initially. I have their drivers license and contact details. Can I do this online?

With regard to change of ownership, it is required that we speak with both parties involved as it is essentially a transfer of contract and verification of identity is absolutely crucial.

Thus, the best thing to do would be to ensure you and the transferee are at the same place when the call is made to 132200 to organise the transfer.

This is a fairly simply process, specifically if the transferee already has an account with Telstra.
