accessory repayment option



I recently purchased a new mobile plan a few days ago and was given a number of phone accessories. When I asked repeatedly if they would incur an extra cost, the person serving me shook her head and kept on replying 'no'. 


unfortunately after opening some of the accessories in the car and then later examining the bill, I realised I was being charged an extra $15 per month for accessories I was told were 'free'. I have not been able to get in contact with the store manager yet and am thinking about filing a formal complaint online, but I am wondering how to go about this and possibly get the ARO cancelled? Had I known these accessories would have collectively cost me well over $300, I would not have even considered purchasing them in the first place.
