Adding an additional phone and plan to account

Hi All,

I have been trying this evening to add a second handset and phone plan to my account tonight, and i keep getting this error, saying i am ineligible at this time.

I have no idea why.

My account is up to date and in credit and I am Gold Member.

HELP?!?

You will need to contact Telstra support on 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app, or through your account on the Telstra website.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
