Biil chanaged without authority

What gives telstra the right to increase your bill without contacting you. I work away and it is difficult to access emails. Now they have increased my bill by$5 a month. As soon as optus have more coverage i will be pidssing telstra off and go to optus, rip off  pricks.

Yep being charged a late payment fee during the height of COVID lockdown pretty much tells me all I need to know about Telstra.

The right to do it is in your contract agreement. They are migrating everybody off of the old plans and on to current plans to simplify their system.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
