I have been charged for premium tech services which I didn’t want when I agree on a $60 month to month plan?

 

i can’t get in touch with a consultant which is difficult who can help very disappointed being charged $16 for the last two months.

If you want to chase it up you can via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.
