Bonus data ... not received

I upgraded my iPhone and took the 8MB plan which is offered with 2MB bonus data ... and the salesman also said there would be a further 2MB bonus so total 12MB.

Almost 2 weeks later and I still haven't received any bonus data!?! According to Telstra there is now no bonus data even though it is still advertised on the large plans?

Is this service normal?

Current plans have 12GB on the Large Go Mobile Plus Plan. Should have been on there since date of purchase. you would have recieved a message from the consultant on your phone with their contact details. best option would be to get in contact with that consultant/store that you dealt with for a resolution.
