Hi guys, just want to know if I can terminate this contract early? I was starting a second business and required a second number and phone so i went in store and transferred my existing number to telstra and set up a new phone then with my existing phone signed up for a new number and went on a BYO plan. The new business is now not going ahead and i would like to terminate the BYO plan. The contract was only signed 4 business days ago??

Did you receive a Critical information summary which looks similar to, or may even be the correct one for the plan you have purchased. https://www.telstra.com.au/content/dam/tcom/personal/help/pdf/cis-personal/mobile/personal-critical-...
In the document you should be able to see a paragraph entitled Early Termination Charge, and the content will provide you with the costs involved in terminating the plan.
To answer your question, yes you would be able to end the contract, however there may be charges applicable
