Can I bundle a new Samsung Galaxy S3 4G with my current bundle with Telstra?

Hello, I currently have a bundled home phone, 100gb ADSL 2+ internet & Tbox, which is around $135/mth. My mobile phone is currently on a contract to Optus and about to lapse. Im looking at getting the Samsung Galaxy SIII 4G on a $60 cap with Telstra, would I be able to bundle this with what I already have with you guys, and if so would that give me a bigger discount? Also will I be able to keep my current mobile number? Thanks!

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

There is – and has never been, as far as I'm aware – no Telstra Home Bundle offer that includes one or more Telstra Mobile services. You can put your Telstra Mobile services with your current Bundle in a Single Bill arrangement, and if your Bundle is in the T-Bundle family, then you will get the Family Calls Benefit that allows you to make unlimited calls free of additional charges between any of the mobile services and fixed line phone service on that billing account.

You do not get any additional discounts for having mobile services in a Single Bill arrangement with a Bundle, unless you continue to be eligible for the Home Bundle and Mobile Combo Reward, which was withdrawn from market over 18 months ago as an offer to new customers.

Also will I be able to keep my current mobile number?

If you port your mobile number to Telstra without expressly cancelling your service with your current service provider first, then yes.
