Cancel Upgrade and Protect on plan - support is abysmal!

I wish to cancel 'Upgrade and Protect' which has been accidentally applied to one of my mobiles (of which 4 are on my account).

The Telstra account page does not even show this as being enabled on the mobile in question (the mobile was upgraded yesterday)

I tried the Telstra App on my iPhone, ONE message reply in one HOUR.

Completely useless Gold Member Support.

I tried Googling "telstra service and complaint", ended up at https://exchange.telstra.com.au/how-to-get-in-touch-with-telstra/ which provides a BROKEN link to the support form.

I can understand that agents on the support messages are probably under the pump but typical response rates of 20 minutes per message are beyond the pale! Particularly since the messages show when they are read and a reply does not arrive for 20 minutes, at least a 'Working on it' would help.

Anyway, I feel better now, after the above rant.

Have you tried calling 13 22 00 during business hours? Say "billing" to the bot lady.

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(
