Cash cow

I’ve been trying to enter the cash cow and for the last 2 years it’s been telling me that my spend limit has exceed but I’ve barely entered. How do I fix this? Help?

You need to contact Telstra and get your monthly spend limit for Premium SMS increased.

 

Best way is to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). Someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
