Change in plan or claim insurance

My iPhone 5c was stolen/lost and I was wondering if I'd be able to pay off the existing amount left on my phone ($190) and update my phone plan and get a new phone?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Change in plan or claim insurance

Hi, Tgc,

Thanks for your question.

You most certainly can. There are a lot of great devices to choose from and its always exciting to upgrade your handset, despite the circumstances.

I'd suggest that you first find the device that best caters to your needs, and visit a Telstra store where they'll be more than happy to arrange the upgrade for you. You may also choose to contact via telephone or 24x7 live chat.

All the best with it. Smiley Happy

Kind regards,
