Change of plans without permission and unreceived credit
My wife and used $29 plans for years, this January our plans was changed to $40 plans without our permission. I called Telstra this March, they promised our bill would still be $29 first four months. But I didn’t get that discount, in contrast, I got strange high bills this March and April. I asked Telstra staff in the shop this May, he said there is a $120 credit on the way, I just needed to wait. But I still haven’t received the credit until now, 29th June. And I have no idea about the strange bills, can anyone explain these?
In addition, my auto debit is still $58(29+29), and I payed extra $22 these months manually. But this month after I payed My Telstra still said I have $22 bill to pay.
