Hi I am on Go Mobile 70 plan which is up in Nov this year (9 months to go)
If my usage has changed and I want to go up a plan can I or do I need to pay early termination fees and recontract?

Hi AFOORD,
You would need to pay out your existing contract first, then re contract again.
Generally, if you are within 30 days of your existing contract expiring, Telstra will waive the remaining charges.
I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.

Re: Changing plan
@AFoord, if you want to go up, talk to Telstra directly - you might get it with only "recontracting fee"... Not free, but still cheaper than paying out existing contract first... Done that successfully myself...
