Hi,
I want to change mobile plans, I'm a BYO guy.
Currently on the $45 per month plan and want to change to the $39 per month plan.
My plan month started yesterday.
Will I be charged anything extra if I change today?

Hi DaveAlbright,
If you are on a 12 month BYO plan you will have to pay an early termination fee.
Use the link below to find out how much your fee will be.
I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.

You may need to, but if you're willing to recontract for another 12 months onto the new plan you may be able to get that waived with a BYO plan.
If you've found a solution then don't forget to mark that post accordingly.
