Contract upgrade

Hi, I hope this is the right board.

i upgraded my mobile phone contract which also gave me more phones for my family and a change to my internet plan  This was done nearly 4 weeks ago, I received an email 3 days later that said all was going ahead. At this stage I have. It received any phones and there is no orders pending in my orders section of the app. I have only received a letter stating that my internet bundle  is about to change . Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and who do I contact as it’s only an automated response when you chat as they cannot put you through to real people . Thanks in advance
